ALL IAMAW MEMBERS AIR CANADA – TMOS RE: CHANGES TO THE CANADA LABOUR CODE

The following bulletin, available in both official languages, provides information about a recent change to the Canada Labour Code due to an expiring moratorium in the aviation sector. The District 140 with the assistance of Grand Lodge have been in contact with the Federal Labour Minister to voice our disagreement with the companies decision to extend working periods by 30 minutes unpaid. Members that have been effected from the heavy rain of Hurricane Debby may be entitled to receive funds.
